Group training

For those who want to be in a class with their own friends or group and get fitter, leaner and healthier doing a mixed training session with like minded people - absolutely all levels of fitness are welcome. This group does all sorts of cardio, strength and core work such as boxing, running, body-weight exercises, dumbell training, swiss ball work and much more - lots of variety and a bit of fun as well (but you're guaranteed of a great workout)
